Neil Doherty is a Leadership and Life Coach, Business Consultant, Advisor, Entrepreneur and Speaker that

Neil founded Doherty & Associates, LLC and The Coaching Piece to help small to midsized companies grow and to empower leaders to become the best version of themselves.  With over 25 years of experience leading companies including Fortune 500, Private Equity, and Personally Owned Businesses  ̶  Neil’s leadership expertise, growth strategies, and insights are as deep as they are wide.  Serving in roles such as CEO, President, Head of Sales & Marketing and Executive Vice President & General Manager  ̶  Neil has helped numerous companies, brands, and their leaders thrive.

Married to his college sweetheart and father of three amazing young men, Neil’s leadership and coaching expertise transcend his business experience.  An active member of the communities in which he’s lived, Neil puts his faith in God as his spiritual true north and energetically meets people where they are along their professional and personal journey.
